Fox Pest Control demanded a credit card to keep on file when we first began using their service. We refused. *** agreed to bill us for any services instead. They did not. instead, they sent someone to our door randomly every week demanding money, but not presenting a bill. These "collectors" were in some cases wearing no uniform and offered nothing identifying them as Fox Pest Control collectors. Slimy conmen who try to wring every last cent out of you.- Door-to-door salesmen are pushy, lie about neighbors signing up, and don't mention until right before you sign that the service is a multi-year subscription contract.- The subscription involves making monthly payments for quarterly service. (?)- *********** doesn't do anything. They haphazardly spray something around the house and set a few mouse traps, which you could do yourself for a lot less money. First of all, they prey on people as I was moving into my new home in a new area with the moving truck parked in front. Super friendly and giving a great pitch song and dance, but then you have no clue what you have signed up for 2 years. They charge you monthly but come maybe 5 times. You wait on hold forever to talk to a real person. One time it was over an hour. I did call them when my yard had fleas and they told me it would cost extra and couldn't come out for a week. Very nice people, but this service costs a fortune. The price got raised this year and I wasnt notified. Ive had their service for 3 years and theyve always come out when scheduled. *** called and left messages about what new problems weve had and they were never addressed. I called to cancel and they want a $250 cancelation fee. This is like a time share! I have to keep paying for this service until I die???? Three years is enough! This wont be the last they hear from me. My neighborhood association has been complaining abo... read more

Don't waste your money or sign a contract. They don't come back unless you call them and even when you do, the pest are still there. Then you have to pay a cancellation fee to get out of the contract which stinks because they are not holding up their end of the contract.
