They are using the law to have a consumer get a service and then lock them into a contract. The contract was never explained and now they are charging me 250 to end it. Their excuse was others have lied to them. The service and communication provided was very frusterating with this company. We had to call several times to get the right technician to come out. I told them we had rats in the attic and confirmed that they would patch up the holes on their first visit as advertised. We then had a series of five appointments. One was a cancellation, one was a no show, two were the wrong technician, and the last one was the correct technician. Keep in mind I had to be the one to call back to try to reschedule the appointments without Fox ... read more
Bad business practices, extremely poor customer service. Text message solicitation, bad sales practice. Not recommended. ****** in customer service was not helpful. ****** poor communication and sales practice.

Unfortunate but this company does nothing. I would give it no stars if possible. They charge a quarterly fee, and did not come to my house. I called, because I had sugar ants, they came and sprayed. Where they sprayed, there were evern more ants for over 10 days. They came back again after I called, and sprayed again and this time spraying some of my furniture, ruining the furniture. DO NOT HIRE.
