Services werent ever rendered after my initial fee. I emailed them about canceling my subscription because I was lied to by **** who was a door to door salesman. He said I could be paying for $65 per month and to my surprise I wait an entire month and nothing after. I canceled my subscription via email and theyre still charging me. Made me sign a contract without intentionally knowing I was paying a subscription system. Regardless no one helped me. Fox Pest Control has such laughably, unbelievably bad customer service that it's too much to be specific because no one would read the novel I would have to write to include every ridiculous mistake they made. Instead, I figured I would just make a list of things you can and cannot expect Fox Pest Control to do:-Don't expect to call them with a request for a service and then get that service as discussed.
