The value was wonderful! Hertz wanted two bills for four days and Fox was &20 a day! They held a security deposit that paid for tolls and gas and was still cheaper than Hertz!
Was going to use this company but saw this video, https://www.facebook.com/superspeedersrob/videos/1026279441491469/ , showing how they over charge and bait & switch cars. After reading the other reviews, I am glad I didn’t rent with this company!!
Horrible customer service! Took my money through an online booking and then refused to give me a car—total scam! A horrible way to start a vacation. Book your car with anyone else to save yourself the disaster of renting here.
Unfortunately this was the worst rental car experience I have had. I rented online directly from the Fox Rental Car website (because they were the only ones showing vehicles available) and pre-paid for the rental. When I checked in to get the car, the very rude girl at the desk said she couldn’t honor my reservation because it was booked less than 24 hours in advance and tried to say I booked through a 3rd party. Especially because of COVID-19, I would not rent a car from this place because it is clear they do not clean their cars before giving them to the next customer. Picked up a car with a late flight, the car smelled a little like weed. The next morning I noticed a stain all along the passenger side a pillar, then inner windshield and the rear view mirror.
