This company is a joke. They swindle people and I am never renting from them again. They claim to be a cheaper rental company. Does a $103 dollars a day for a small eco car sound cheap? I brought them back the car with a half a tank of gas which was what pre paid for and they charged me again. They also have a hidden fee that they don't tell you which they told me was an airport fee. They tell you about it after you are charged you $50. NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Honestly, the car was nice and I enjoyed my rental. However, about a month later, they began harassing me about an alleged unspecified "accident"and "damage" to the car that I did NOT do. The car was returned in the EXACT condition that I rented it in. I had no accidents. There was no damage. It amazes me that they are asking for my insurance info and credit card info- yet they can't even tell me what is wrong with the vehicle. Total SCAM. Don't rent from this company. 0 STARS Fox rent a car I want my $506 back rented a car for the end of August 2022 on May 17, 2022. A couple of days later I looked at my bank account and they have charged me the full amount which is fine for the car and also $500 deposit. I called to have the $500 deposit removed and have them charge me at the time of the rental. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM Rented a car in Orlando thru Fox and it was one of the worst experiences ever. Priceline lied and said that they were on airport property, they are NOT. The rental car was clean, but was used HARD. On the 3rd day of our trip the car battery died in the parking lot of a restaurant. We tried calling roadside assistance and their estimate for help was 2 hours. Road side also said that the car battery was original and should have been replaced, that is why the car wouldn't start. Deceptive tactics: Overall a good car rental experience for the price. I want to point out major problems with my rental. Pre-paid gas is a scam, the leasing agent offers a written advertised price per gallon that is much cheaper than the average gas station. What they fail to tell you is that their price is pre-tax, and you will be charged California state rental car and travel taxes on that amount. Zero Rating. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was told by the agent at Orlando counter that I did not need to fill up the tank upon return of car, because Fox charges LESS than gas in the area. Fox charges $4.18 per gallon. Therefore, I returned the car THREE-QUARTERS FULL after using only 4 gallons total on my trip and allowed Fox to fill the tank. Fox Rent a Car lied to me about my Visa not covering damage. The girl at the desk literally told me this in order to coerce me into buying additional insurance. When I returned home to challenge this charge, Fox denied my claim that I was lied to. They stole my money under false pretenses and will not return it. Their customer service is a joke. Do not ever use this company!

Do not rent from HERE. Worst rental car company ever. If you cancel a reservation, they will not refund you at all. They hide the terms, so you are not aware that you won't get your money back. Shady company and the reviews prove it.

I rented a car and the person who attended me gave me an upgrade because they did not have the one I had reserved but they charged me for the change. Then I pay with my card and I tell him that my daughter's husband is going to guide him, they also charged me for an additional driver because the one who pays has to guide, I informed him and he didn't tell me that he is the one who pays for the guide.
