Get directionsDo not rent from Fox. I rented a car and the tires are bald. I can see the threads on the tire. A flat could happen at any time. They want me to make an hour and fifteen minute drive to return it in this condition. Makes a loud noise when driving. I am afraid to drive it. No one will help me. Ruining my vacation.

Our car was infested with cockroaches and we had to replace the windshield wipers because they were so bad it was dangerous! They offered us a 50 dollar credit for Fox which we will never use! Do Not Rent from them!!!!

They charged us $149 for gas. We returned it full. Provided proof of payment of gas from the station just down the road. But since we only used 6 gallons they are only willing to refund us $50. Fox Denver Airport is where we rented from. And will never again. Stay away from Fox. Their customer service is horrible.

I rented a car at LAX. When I returned they added extra charges of $260. They never told me about this when I rented a car. When I called them to complain they said that the charges were for some insurance and they can give me half of the money back or talk to a manager to get a full refund. I asked them to check with the manager and get back to me. Charged $75 more for early return and insurance after I was told my deposit was only for tolls and extras. Went around and around to deny insurance at check-out and then took weeks to get refunded. This company has settled a $700k suit by the California Attorney General for this yet they continue to scam people. BBB has lost my trust as well. How can you have a 1 star rating and get an 'A' rating by the BBB?

Fox Rental Lied about the Gas fee!!! I signed and paid the "return your tank empty fee" $55.00 FEE. Then they charged me another $8.99 a gallon to fill the tank. It was really pushed on me to pay the "return the tank empty portion." I agreed and went to the gas station the night before and just put enough gas in it to get to the airport. This is a company that has no service at all! Try to avoid it in future! It was a normal rental experience until I returned my car. I realized an hour later that I had left my camera bag at the back seat of car, but did not have time to go back due to my train schedule. Do NOT RENT from them!!! I had a rental reservation of $495 for a week. After I turned in my rental vehicle early and received my final bill by email, the final bill was $768!!! But KIDDING! There were extra charges, fees, and they even added on a extra day. I call Fox of course and when I was done talking to a manager they had removed some of the fees, but it still totalled $628.
