Don't even want to try to make it right. I work in customer service and I always try to make things right for the customer ** you want them back. Do nor use them. The car though wasnice. They are not handing out clunkers or unsafe cars. But they are probably so nice ** they charge us so much

My flight was canceled and I wanted to pick up the rental car two days late. I called Fox and they would not help since I booked with Expedia. I would have to cancel my current rental and book a whole new one. Expedia filed a claim on behalf, including the documentation of my flight's cancellation. *** still refused to refund my original rental. Also, when I first booked the car rental, I paid for their insurance, yet my insurance covers car rentals. I would not book with Fox or Expedia again!

I made reservations for a rental car on Friday, June 23rd at 10am Eastern time, once I arrived to pick up the car, I was told I dont know why they allowed you to rent a car; we dont have any cars. Car reservations have to be made well in advance in order for us to get cars. The money was still taken from my account and they cant be contacted because theyre only open during bank hours. Rip Off, I booked way ahead of time and I couldn't go anywhere due to an illness and I called to cancel and they didn't give me a refund. They just plain old told me that if I canceled I will loose all my money. What kind of company is this? I bought insurance for it and still lost. Don't use them unless you like giving away your hard earned money.

SLEAZY COMPANY! I said No to the extra insurance, they still charged me for it. I tried calling and talking to a couple of different people on who I can talk to to fix it. Customer service was horrible. I paid $205 on Expedia for the week and they charged me an extra $415!!!! I have no idea what I even paid for. The receipt is not helpful. This company is a scam.

Horrible experience car had bad tires dents scratches all over vehicle had to wait extremely long to pick up car , so didnt have time to trade vehicle , tire had a problem had to replace when returned vehicle I was assured I would be reimbursed, called after 3 days got run around this continued, went back to the pick up location was assured by the Mgr would make sure , I was reimbursed its now over 3 weeks later still no reimbursement, car did not come with a spare had to buy brand new tire, odd size out over $200.00 and the... read more

Do NOT use Fox Rental Car. They will lie to you. I reserved a car for a month from ********* in March of 2023. Exhausted after a long plane ride I arrived at the desk to pick up my car and they pulled the old you need to buy our insurance scam. I tried to refuse the insurance since my credit card covers collision and my personal car insurance covers liability. The woman at the desk, *********, said my liability insurance was no good and implied they would not release the car to me without their additional liability insurance... read more

I am in the midst of a 22 day rental with them. I picked up the car on 6 days ago and it is due back on July 8. The car was picked up in ***** and due back in *************. The charge for this was over $800. Our schedules have changed and I wanted to return the car where I picked it up. I contacted *** and they stated I would still have to pay the $800+ drop off fee. What a rip off.. I would give them a negative rating if I could and I will never rent from them again

When I make a reservation, and say I don't want any extras, and when I arrive to pick up the car, and say I don't want any extras, DO NOT add them in before I sign everything. When the fine print on your signature pads is tiny, there has to be a level of trust that you DID NOT ADD the items I did not want. Imagine my horror when I realized the quoted price doubled, because the insurance and gas I expressed I DID NOT WANT, twice, was added to my rental agreement anyway.
