I would give this 0 stars if that was an option. Highway robbery! We rented in ******* where there are a ton of tolls. We opted to pay them as we went but missed one for $5.00 which got charged to the license plate. *** charged us a $45.00 service fee PLUS the amount of the toll. Are you kidding me? Picking up the vehicle was also a nightmare. Waited for an hour to get the vehicle. DO NOT RENT FROM FOX - EVEN IF IT'S THROUGH EXPEDIA.

This is the second time that I have the same issue with this company. The tank is 3/4 full when I picked it up and they try to charge me for the full amount when I return the car. Luckily on both instances I had to go inside and talk to manager to resolve this issue.

I reserved a car for about $500 for a week, which was supposed to include "complete" insurance coverage. When I picked up the car, I was told I had to pay $13 per day to cover tolls (totaling another $100), as well as an additional $100 in liability insurance. Then, when I returned my car, instead of being charged an additional $200 as discussed, which is already outrageous, I was charged an additional $270. This included a fee for returning the car early. Are you kidding me??? Awful experience.

I rented a vehicle at the ************** from FOX rental through priceline. i was unaware it was through FOX until i landed and looked more closely at my reservation(my fault). The shuttle picked us up and the. the nightmare began. we waited in a HOT metal building for 90 minutes to pick up our vehicle. When we finally were able to get to our car, there were missing plastic parts between the windows and scratches in various places. It was a **** durango with lots of miles. Not my worst experience, but close. I rented at ***********. I told them that I had insurance to cover the rental but they added it anyway. I told them when I picked up the car, that the gas tank was only half full. They said not to worry, they would make a note on that issue. They charged my credit card $10 a gallon anyway. They added a $95 "service" fee for tolls. I do not recall any tolls. I rented the car for one week. They charged my credit card for an extra day plus $178 late fee. worst non-service I have ever received. reserved fullsize suv days in advance, noted my pick up time as 6:30 a.m. (they said they open at 6), arrived at airport to find the ticket counter closed, and no shuttle to the rental office until 8am. every other rental company shuttle went past me multiple times between 615 and 8. finally at 8am Fox shuttle shows up, and takes me to their office, which is UNOCCUPIED! If it had been an option, I wouldve given them NO stars. We rented a car from Fox through Expedia for our 10 day visit to *******. The entire rental was paid in advance. Our flight on American Airline was cancelled out of **********, ***** due to a problem with the airplane but would depart the following day. We called and explained the situation to the rental service and that we would pick the car up the following day but had no problem being charged for the first day. **************** vehicle picked up at **************, barely had quarter of a tank, luckily took pic of it. when I returned the car, they still charged my credit card 716 pesos, of course I've disputed. Poor customer service

A COMPANY of FRAUD! I will give zero star if I could!When I picked up the vehicle, I did claim clearly to them and sign that I refused to purchase any insurance. The agent on the counter told me that the credit card is just used for deposit if anything was damaged when returned, and promised us we don't know to pay anything else. After returning the vehicle my credit card was charged by them for nearly $200 for a "low damage waiver". I called them and let them to cancel the request for me.
