We received two bills for tolls with a $15 administrative fee added for each toll. Driving from ****** to ******************* there are two tolls in each direction. The first bill included three tolls, which we paid. The second bill arrived later with a bill for all four tolls, including the three that we had already paid. This location has a ***** working there. His name is *****. I arrived and asked for my car that reserved but I was told it was not available, we can upgrade you for free.I took the van instead of a car that I wanted. Horrible company! I sat at the ***** car rental for almost an hour waiting for a shuttle to take me to the off site location to rent my car and it never showed up! When I called for assistance I spoke to 2 people and not only could they not help me, but they also couldn't cancel my reservation because it was a Sunday! When I called Monday to let them know they wouldn't refund my money! I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy!

Fox car rental are the absolute worst. I had a booking and spent 4 hours in line at ******************* location. They offered me a free tank of gas to say sorry for the wait, and when I returned the car this was not honoured, I was still charged $80 for a tank of gas. They didnt tell me about tolls either. Even though I did not use a toll road, a month after I returned the car a fee of $60 was taken off my credit card for supposed toll fees. Rental car and experience was acceptable, but I had to call to have my $150 security deposit release INITIATED after 7 business days (3-5 is the promise I received when I turned my car in). I asked why I had to call to have this done, which of course, could not be answered. I doubt very seriously that it ever would have been released. That seals the no-trust and no-business in the future.

We were very disappointed with the service and the actual auto we rented from Fox. The car we received was in poor condition. The transmission was slipping but thankfully we made it through the week without breaking down.Our biggest complaint however involves the deception that the sales clerk conveyed to us upon arrival. Most of the abbreviated charges you indicated above are rental fees and were all included on the prepaid voucher you had with Priceline. The charges incurred directly from Fox Rent a Car were for the signed for prepaid fuel (which is sold only by half or full tanks), the underage fee for the additional driver who was under the age of 25 and the additional driver fee per day. Horrible company. The agents were all very pleasant but watch out! While they're smiling at you from the other side of the counter they are adding up-charges to your rental. Had to return my car to *************** because of a mechanical issue. They gave me the same exact car type and charged me several hundred extra for an upgrade. There was no upgrade. If I could give them one star, I would. Absolutely horrible experience from star to finish. First of all, they had a booth at the airport just outside, and was hard to find. Secondly, the agents working there were absolutely clueless and had no clue what they were doing.
