Courtney, thank you for your remarks. Yes, your Saferide privilages with Fox Valley Cab have been revoked. You use the service fraudulently to obtain rides for your friends and yourself to and from the bar at someone else's expense. Saferide program does not work that way nor is it for your personal transportation to get drunk. It's only for people who drove to a participating establishment, had too much to drink and need to leave their car behind. The establishment thru the Tavern League pay for these services. You work at that bar maybe once a week, yet account for majority of the Saferide requests from Mill. All your Saferide requests use different name but your DL# that we know is not active and we know you don't drive. In other words, you stole Saferide tickets from your employer and now using them for personal transportation requests. Ironically, all these these different people you request rides for use your DL # and go to your address? We have reached out to Mill Still to inform the owner of what you're doing and we will also notify the Tavern League and if they want to take any additional action, we will help to contact authorities to see if there's potential to file theft and or fraud charges against you. You may want to rethink when you post lies that may bite back. We have no problem when we receive legitimate critique as that is a way for us to hear from customers and improve. So please, avoid spreading sob stories about being a widowed, working mom. We know more about you and who you really are and the thieving, drunk of a fraud that you are. Right now you should be worried if the Tavern League will decide to pursue legal action against you. We have plenty of documentation to provide them. We have no issues with your employer and will continue to provide the Saferide service to their legitimate patrons. Good luck to you.

Jason Hamre, maybe you were under the influence of drugs or mistaken us for another service. Not accepting credit cards is a fireable offense and all our drivers know that. They are forbidden from requiring a customer go to an ATM. If the credit card app isn't working, a credit card can be taken by phone with dispatcher. I'm pretty sure that non of our drivers would risk their job over $10. Although we're discussing $10 and no one will be retiring on that, the interaction will still be investigated in the morning. Fortunately we keep good records.

We hope your father-in-law is ok and we're glad we were able to assist. Please PM us and give us some details on where, when so that our driver can be recognized. We encourage our drivers to always go above and beyond or in this case, what was necessary.
