You need to hire better employees. I walked in on one of your employees throwing a fit at Kwik Trip and proceeded to throw a fit outside kwik trip in her work vehicle. Not a good image for your company. You would think since she also works in a service industry she would know how to treat people.

Business response:

Kyle, thank you for your note. Please email me details to Igor@foxvalleycab.com when? which KT? Male or female? Maybe vehicle number? I take such behavior very seriously and will address it immediately. Not only do I expect more from my drivers, but inappropriate behaviour will never be tolerated. You're correct, they should know better being in customer service.

If you're a woman I wouldn't recommend calling this company. They have an employee named "George", some tall lanky creepy looking guy. He likes to save women's information to call them at all hours of the night/morning, stalk them at their house, stalk them at their work, creep in their windows, go to their work and ask for them, and follow them around. If you talk to the management they'll act like it's harmless & tell you that they'll make sure he doesn't have any contact anymore with the work place or the person itself, t... read more

Business response:

Joe, yes we had a driver who thought he was helping by honoring a request of a passenger who was obviously uncomfortable going home after bar. Maybe she anticipated abusive behavior from a wanna be, infatuated boyfriend. George was wrong to get involved and should have referred the matter to local PD. FYI, our drivers do not receive passenger phone numbers or info on places of work. If he had this information, the only way he would receive it is from the passenger. Passenger phone numbers are only accessible to the dispatche... read more

was cut off on northland by the dump. I was going 56 (cruise set), fox valley cab van #480 was tail gating me and could not see the hood of the van to see it was fox valley cab. driver went past me and cut me off and sped up to an estimated 60-65. at the speed change where it drops to 35 I would estimate he was going 50-55 until Nestle plant where he applied his brakes and got in the right lane to turn. way to keep ur passengers, other drivers and those walking safe with the way you drive!

Business response:

Troy, thank you for your note. We will address the issue with the driver. Safety is always our top priority and tailgating is never justified. Driver should always look ahead for slower traffic and change lanes in advance to pass.

Have someone e available to ANSWER YOUR PHONE OR HAVE A FUNCTIONAL MAILBOX!

Business response:

we have a dispatcher on duty 24/7/365 sometimes they do get busy and on hold times do increase. we apologize if the phone wasn't answered promptly and we're working on additional back up plans. did you know we have an app you can use to book a cab? please download the Mars Booking App and use it to book us without the need to contact the dispatcher. you can also pay via the app.

So today my non-verbal autistic child was not only dropped off at the wrong address but the incompetent driver just let him out to run into the road. My son has a very specific care plan and in that it states he needs to be physically handed over to another adult as he has a history of running off. While the driver was busy ringing the wrong houses doorbell my son jumped in a pool that was up to his neck and he doesn’t know how to swim. I called the company to speak to someone in charge but instead had to leave my number and... read more

Business response:

Alana, we take our responsibilities very seriously when transporting children for AASD. Fox valley cab has been doing it for 50+ years. We investigated with the driver and checked all the telematics for the drop off of your child. Your child was never left alone. The driver did have difficulty finding your address as the GPS brought him over to the area, but he could not identify a proper house. When he saw a woman coming out of the next house over, he approached her to ask her if she could help him identify the address. Th... read more

Today my 5 year old autistic son was dropped off at the wrong location he was left there by the low life cab driver and then was found neck deep in a pool where he could have drowned to all parents and people out there never use this terrible company we have used them for a couple weeks now and have had nothing but issues even though they were given specific instructions for him stay away these people are careless idiots and do nothing about their screwups and no they can’t deny any of it or get out of this we have multiple ... read more

"We have no problem when we receive legitimate critique as that is a way for us to hear from customers and improve." Except when a customer or potential customer has a valid concern or critique that you don't think is valid. Then you argue with them, take no responsibility whatsoever and blame any/everything you can to avoid being responsible. Shameful

Business response:

Jen, thank you for your note. Indeed, it's up to us to evaluate what is and isn't a legitimate critique and what are just complaints from social media warriors needing to complain about something or other. When there's a legitimate complaint regarding our service or if we fall short of expectations, we have always and immediately taken corrective actions. If you have an issue to bring to our attention, please email to: info@foxvalleycab.com or call our office 920-734-4545 and ask to speak to a manager.
