Paige, your father's trip was 5.1 miles as we also waited for the return trip. We understand concerns for managing costs and our fares are set with that in mind. Unfortunately, it's expensive to run a taxi business and we don't anticipate those costs to subside.

Just got home from yellow cab thank god. I think we can all agree we don’t want drunk drivers on the road. Taverns, like the one I’m employed with, participate in paying for fairs to allow over the legal limit patrons to participate in safe ride. Fox valley cab makes money off of all the rides plus tips for the drivers. I personally work at a tavern and have called multiple safe rides. Courtney, thank you for your remarks. Yes, your Saferide privilages with Fox Valley Cab have been revoked. You use the service fraudulently to obtain rides for your friends and yourself to and from the bar at someone else's expense. Saferide program does not work that way nor is it for your personal transportation to get drunk. It's only for people who drove to a participating establishment, had too much to drink and need to leave their car behind. The establishment thru the Tavern League pay for these services. $10 minimum for medical rides often times the distance is less than 1 mile. These clowns charge as much as they can because they know you have no choice.

Jason Hamre, maybe you were under the influence of drugs or mistaken us for another service. Not accepting credit cards is a fireable offense and all our drivers know that. They are forbidden from requiring a customer go to an ATM. If the credit card app isn't working, a credit card can be taken by phone with dispatcher. I just picked my son up from school and one of your idiot drivers was speeding 50mph through town almost got hit at the roundabout on 47 and oo then proceeded to drive wreckless!!! The driver was a girl with glasses I believe from what I could see I do have a picture my son took of the licence plates. I would never recommend your services because this isn't the first time I've seen them drive like complete idiots! My God they have children in there vehicles!!!! 473 was the number of the van

Terrible drivers, who ever drove the van 468 today. They stopped in the middle of traffic to drop someone off at their place of work, when there was a back entrance that is not in the way of traffic. Also then tried to cut me off without using their blinker that they were even trying to move over. Who ever this driver is, does not know how to drive or follow traffic laws.

The owner is rude and doesn't take responsibility for his actions. Rather he continues to bully his way around. This company has poor service!!
