Never again food was sloppy they just threw it together ordered $47 worth of food 2 dozen of wings separately hot bbq and garlic parm garlic parm not real flavor only 1 side was seasoned with sauce and butter bbq were hardly coated and instead of 10 wings received 8 smh grilled chicken sub was Soopoo sloppy was a mess asked for extra mayo they put a slight bit on one side They didn't over a credit and told me to call back to door dash where they offered me a measly $8.00 credit Never Again will i order from there and will bl... read more

Found my chicken fingers to be raw inside. Would have liked an apology when I had to bring them back and had wait for more to be made but was basically ignored by everyone even as I asked for the manager. Finally talked to her - quietly- didn’t make a fuss in the empty lobby but I feel I treated as a nuisance. My 99 yr old Gram took a bite of that raw chicken . Not good !

Franco’s made one of our sheet pizzas wrong. Original order for 2 sheets placed at 7:10. Pizzas were picked up at 8, and the incorrect order wasn’t discovered until 8:10. A phone call was made and Franco’s promised the correct pizza would be delivered in 40 minutes. That was 8:23. It’s 9:15pm now. No sign of the pizza. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I am not one to complain, but I have ordered from this location many times and my order has been wrong/incomplete. I ordered tonight (I was craving the cajun wedges) and again my order was incorrect. I ordered and chicken parm sub with onions and mushrooms added, neither were on the sub I received. I also ordered the loaded wedges with no bacon and with cajun, there was no cajun on the wedges, little to no queso and they were cold.

I called you at 11:45 for a chicken finger sub. You tell me 30 minutes. No problem. I arrive at 12:15 and its not ready. No big deal figure a couple of minutes. NOPE 15 minutes on top of the 30 minutes to make a chicken finger sub. . What really pisses me off is that I FINALLY GET BACK TO WORK and the sub was cold. I work 5 minutes from this location. I ordered a pizza from them tonight. When it arrived, the dough was completely RAW under the cheese and there was grease SOAKING through the box. In the past, I've ordered a taco and there was so much grease (the beef was not even drained) that it soaked through two layers of paper it was wrapped in AND the outer bag that it was delivered in. The last time I ordered delivery, they took over two hours to deliver it. It was a weekday with no big events going on. The food was cold and almost inedible. There was no communication... read more

Since when does a taco salad not have shredded cheese but sliced cheese? Very disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again.

For the 2nd time I received a salad prepared wrong. Please provide the workers cheat sheets so they know what goes into a salad. I had an antipasto salad tonight that had no sign of any cheese.

This business needs to learn how to hire RESPONSIBLE DRIVERS!!! as a resident that lives just right down the street I have 4 young children that play outside and ride their bikes all day long and not a day goes by that one of these drivers aren't doing 40 to 50 miles an hour down our street!!!!!!! So many people have called the cops to report these drivers and this morning was the worst!
