This is the worst francos on super howl Sunday we ordered a large pizza and 20 wings. I went in for a pick up thinking if I asked for delivery my food would be cold. I picked up my food and it was cold anyway like they made a mass amount of pies. Had to argue with manager for credit. Tonight 2/20 ordered small pizza and was told it would be about an hr. No problem. Pizza came hr and a half later and pizza was personal size 4 square slices. Not told they only have large or medium. Called back rude employees and rude manager. ... read more
Super Bowl Sunday is not an excuse for poor service... Chicken wings dry as a bone and pizza was missing cheese on half, top half burnt in places and bottom barely cooked! Very disappointed, especially because we order often and spend a fortune.
$19.10 for a large pizza that's outrageous ! Is it made of gold? You just lost me as a customer!
