I couldn't believe that your managers left thier deliver driver stranded with a flat tire. Let alone threaten to call the police on him because he had no way of getting back to the restaurant to turn in his money and credit card slips. If I was that manager I would have asked him where he was and told him I would have been there as soon as possible to see the situation for myself instead of escalating immediately to threatening to call the police. I've been ordering from this location two Sunday's a month for the last 2 years and from Kenmore prior to moving near this location. What was picked up this evening for 32.46 was well beyond a,level of embarrassing. 10 boneless wings that under no exaggeration were half of the size of an average one. If this is what you're serving consistently what a nice growth variance you'll have in inventory. Pizza.....a medium cut into what seemed to resemble 11 or 9 slices??? I hear they keep most of the delivery charge. What the hell is up with that!!!
We've ordered from here almost on a weekly basis and the last 3 times it's been awful. One time we waited 3 hours for a pizza, next time our order was wrong and they only gave $5 coupon, now tonight we've been waiting almost 2 hours for a sub and a wrap, we called and we're told the order was already out the door then 30 minutes later I get an email that my order will be out shortly. Done with this location. Always a problem. Wish the one on Kenmore would deliver here
Your management stinks, your food get's worse and worse, your wings suck and your people working there are just idiots. Get someone in there with management experience and PAY THEM !!!!
I will never order here again. We tried it tonight despite having our order wrong the last 2 times. My husband called and asked for a side of mayo with the order because they forgot mayo both times before. Got home, no mayo on sub and no side of mayo. Go back and get a new one only to get home and discover the chicken is RAW. Got our money back and returned all food. 3 trips later and no dinner. You better hope I don't end up with food poisoning. This is disgusting.
I order here multiple times a week due to being pregnant and after the constant horrible service, order mess ups and rude attitude that was given today you will no longer be getting our business.
