As first time homebuyers we couldn’t have asked for a better team! I had plenty of frantic phone calls & texts for them and I was always met with a patient, kind and helpful response from all team members. Frank never left a call unreturned or a question left unanswered. We closed super quickly and so much less out of pocket than anticipated. I will refer Frank and his team to anyone I meet.

Frank is AWESOME! He is very straightforward. He will only give you facts after running the numbers. He has great communication skills and kept us informed during the entire process. He answered our questions day and night. We were able to handle most things via email saving time and travel for all parties. Our closing was handled and complete within 9 days. Thanks again to Frank Paredez and his team for assisting us with the purchase of our first home!

Frank was Very informative,and was always ready and willing to answer any of the questions that I Asked . I work at night and he was able to work around my schedule and was always available when I needed him. He is also very professional and very polite I would definitely recommend him to anybody.

I want to start out saying my partner and I did not expect to be able to buy a home at this age. This experience was scary at first, but Frank and his team were always there every step of the way. It only took a couple months, and now we are in a beautiful house thanks to all of their hard work. I would highly recommend Frank as a lender, and when it is time to look for our next home, we will definitely be contacting Mr. Paredez and his team again!
