What I was promised is exactly what was delivered. I refinanced during a VERY busy time and while there was understandably a slight lag in communication time, questions were answered and closing happened when expected.

Frank was a great, we connected thru Costco, but we were passed off. Communication suddenly came thru emails from multiple people/addresses. They were hard to identify and keep track of. Timely emails were buried in our inboxes bc no phone calls or texts told to us to expect them. Also, we had to file for a closing extension because paperwork wasn't ready for us in time. Yes, there was a holiday in the way, but 7/4 has been on the calendar for a while. Fortunately, the sellers were flexible.
