Frank is excellent, he was very responsive and communicative (he always answered my calls and replied to emails in time). However, I would have appreciated if the loan officer and the underwriter working on my application were not stubborn on some issues. In my case, things did get resolved with Frank's help. Without his intervention, I'm not sure if we would have been able to close in time (at one point in time it became very very stressful for us). So five stars for Frank and one star for the loan officer and underwriter. ... read more
