During a very busy time for the industry, responses were provided promptly; the mortgage product I requested was provided at the low rate and pricing that was advertised. Closing occurred as expected. Although the final processing was transferred to several different persons, in different locations, it was all handled smoothly. The final processor, Tina McGuffey, was absolutely outstanding.
