Everyone was great, Jeanine especially. She always stayed in contact with me during the whole process. The only issue I had was with Lindsay. She had poor communication, hard to get a hold of, especially the last few days leading up to my closing. She didn't have the right numbers for closing, and if it wasn't for Jeanine actually taking my call on a Saturday, my entire closing would of completely messed up. I would like to thank whoever worked to fix my loan that Saturday.

Initially, Frank was really responsive. Throughout the process things seemed to be tracked down, timelines were not clearly communicated. The process seemed to be reactive. I think in the future it may be good to share a timeline with clients that shows resources from Mutual of Omaha to set the expectations and ensure client is aligned with the process.
