No time was wasted in getting things moving, and keeping them moving; at times things seemed a little slow, but considering the pandemic and the number of people refinancing it was understandable. Overall I was able to get quick responses to my questions and get excellent advice on next steps. My only chagrin was unclear communication regarding escrow set up for my mortgage. I assumed it was automatic to have an escrow account established. Thus when I asked for potential payments for mortgage amounts, I couched it with I know you can't provide escrow numbers without a contract on a property.
