Frank and his team pulled it all together efficiently. At 72 years of age I was unsure at first that the whole process could come together all from my computer and my home. His assistant Jessica was wonderful guiding me thru the whole process by e-mails & phone calls. The total process took about 10 weeks. The title company had a local notary come by my house for all the final paper signing. Took about 30 to 40 min. and she sent everything off Fed-Ex. I had my cash out funds a week later.
