The attention to detail on the closing documents was really lacking. The numbers did not match up and it took several phone calls to rectify. Ultimately, it delayed the closing.

Frank,Tina and team were always there when we had questions, problems.We had problems with our realtor/ title company through out the process but mainly when it came to closing. They tried to blame MutualofOmaha for there problems they told us we should have used a local bank. Turns out the realtor didn't follow up with the title company and someone at the title company went on vacation and didn't get our info passed on. Frank Tina and the team were able straighten it out so we could close.

JEANINE DEMAIO was absolutely fantastic. Every time there was a gap in communication or I had an issue, she would handle it. She was amazing to work with. Janine answered calls and took care of any issues even when she was on her personal time with her family. Janine is the reason I stayed with your company and she is an asset that is irreplaceable.
