Gone downhill Not that it was ever great to begin with but this place has gone downhill lately. Parking is awful and it's made even worse by people who park taking up two spaces and people parking their work vehicles here. Several apartments have multiple people living in them. Kids everywhere. Trash collection is a joke. No one cleans up after their dog.
Worst apartment I have ever seen It is the worst apartment I have ever seen. Lots of issue. Even they are charging for maintainace. they are using very very cheap material. Once you write a service request. It will take forever to complete. Also big part - It is not safe. I heard many incident saying that someone knock the door badly. I got scared. I said that I will call cop the person ran away.
not happy we are currently looking for a new residence preferably a rent town house 2-3 bedrooms .our current apartment is ok but seems like everyday the facility gets worse.
dont move here this places is the worst. it takes months for anything to get done, office staff is stuck up and there is no parking
Started out just fine . . . I've been a renter for 30+ years and have been in Franklin Commons for four of them. The first 2.5 years were great - the grounds were well-kept and the neighbors terrific. Since January of 2013, however, there have been ongoing problems. There was a major water-main leak that took until the fall to be properly fixed; pools of standing water and mud everywhere.
