We just got home from our first visit with Dr. Lisa. I couldn't have asked for a better first time visit to the vet as a new dog owner. Every single person is the office was friendly and knowledgable. The appointment wasn't rushed at all - we were given plenty of time to ask questions and talk through different ideas for our pup. Thank you to everyone who made our first visit so pleasant!
Knowledgable. Kind hearted. Excellent bedside manner. Even sent books home for my young children to help our family through the very unexpected loss of our furry family member. Wonderful people who genuinely care.
I appreciate each and everything they ever did for my Mina, usually a dog a vet would consider difficult to deal with. Right up until the end when they send us condolence cards and made personal phone calls. Really an extraordinary place.
