Complete joke of a dealership if you want to call it that. Retired military local to the area placed an order for a switch about a year ago on an agreed amount. SeaDoo shows up they marked it up blah blah blah “ inflation” after I was told this wouldn’t be the case (by Katie) so after I complain and write a 1 star review and ask for my deposit back Mr Gaston shoots me a buyers order removing the mark up I proceed to tell him I’ll come pick it up Saturday and thank you for making it right! ….fast forward today mr Gaston tell... read more

Complete Dumpster fire of a company. Preordered a 2022 seaDoo switch put a deposit down signed a contract wait 9 months for it to show up and bam hits the lot they tac on 3k plus. After I was told by Katie when I placed the order that this wouldn’t ever happen at their dealership. Wrong! Buyer beware. Don’t order a boat or machine from this company. I’m sure there are other reputable dealerships that won’t do this to you just shop around .
The service department is the worst. It’s a black hole and you’ll never get a straight answer from anyone. Brought my boat in just for a diagnostic and was told it would be done by last Saturday. Now over a week later and several status changes each day, the boat still sits just waiting for a diagnostic. This is after I had it at Holly Acres and I should have left it. Pleases hire more people to answer phones and call people back. Please hire more techs during the peak season.

Rude sales and service. Support after sale is nonexistent. Half truths and BS. Glad I figured this out before spending over MSRP. Do not recommend.
work place the will charge you 750 dollars on top of the price they charge you for the shipping to there store even though the bike is there total rip off boycott this place please
