Walked in with my wife to look at motorcycles, and we were completely ignored from the start. Even hopped on a motorcycle, thinking one of the salesmen would notice and come over to try and sell us something, but no. And it’s not like they were busy either. Three of them just stood around talking to each other the entire time we were there. We walked out, still unnoticed, and took our business elsewhere. Won’t be back.
We frequent this business because its the close and sells the items we need. But they have The Worst customer service ever. Walked in not one person asked if we needed assistance or even a Hello... Dad asked someone where the oil was located.. Response was "ova dere.." Today will be our last visit.
My husband and I went there looking to purchase two bikes and when we walked in there was a kid vacuuming we spoke he didn't as we continued on to look at the bikes we were totally ignored no one said hello no one asked us if we needed help or anything it was as if we were invisible my husband even sat on a bike and still no one even attempted to help us so with that being said we will never go back there they have the worst ppl skills ever sad part is they weren't even busy
Deeply disappointed in the shop. While on travel from MD to Richmond I unfortunately couldn't get my Honda CBR to start after stopping for gas. Now I'm stuck in Fredericksburg 2 hours from home. After getting my bike towed to the shop that friday on july 4th weekend I wasn't able to get any news of what my bikes problem was until 1 week later. As a follow up to a poor experience last year when I took my Sea Doo there for repair, we finally got a chance to run it this weekend. After about 10 minutes My daughter heard a noise then got an engine overheat warning. She limped back to the pier. I had my local mechanic look at it and it had blown an exhaust pipe off. Upon further inspection, none of the hose clamps had been tightened, some were hanging on the pipe, and some were missing. I own a honda and everytime I call for a part they immediately say it's not in stock. Also said I couldn't get approved for any fourwheeler but village motorsports approved me for several.
FMS does not back there products. Bought a new Rincon the end of October and it failed with in 90 days. The service department changed there tune on what happened three times in route to tell me it's my fault and problem. I even bought extended warranty. Probably the most dishonest company I have ever experienced. I hope to save all my fredericksburg friends from this company. Drive outta town and give your money to another company.....I am!!!!!!
