Drove up today to look at a Can-Am Defender Limited Edition. We were greeted by what had to be the "Droopy Dog" of salesmen that I have ever had contact with before. His "excitement" at greeting a potential customer just sucked the enthusiasm that Kelly and I had out of us. I asked to look at a Can-Am Defender with a cab and he didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I was then corrected that it was an "enclosed" Defender. Went to shop today to look at a yamaha venture was looked at like i had three heads and then dismissed to help another customer. This is the worst customer service that I have ever seen would not be so bad but drove more than 1.5 hours to look at the bike. ⭐️ Overall experience was mediocre. My sales rep that helped me was great! He is the only reason for the two stars. I’ll start off by saying I went in and paid cash for a bike. Easy sale for them I think. The two parts counter workers were extremely reluctant to help, and that’s saying it tastefully. Was recently trying to purchase a new dirtbike. Talk over the phone got approved and then called back to get details on loan and payments. Got very short answer and was told they were going to call me back after they tried to work on a better deal for me. I never received a call back even though I told the person I had 2500$ cash to put as downpayment. You would think that would make them want to make the sale but I guess not. Guess I will just have to take the 3 hr drive to delmarva powersports to get a deal done

This place is a joke. Have been there several times looking at bikes ready to buy but could not get anyone to recognize I was even in the building. Sales people wouldn’t even look up from their desks or they would just walk buy and not even say a thing. I spent close to twenty minutes looking at, sitting on and studying a GoldWing ( which is a high dollar touring bike) and still no one approached me. Went in to check price for a couple accessories for our utv at the parts and accessories department and waited for parts guy to get off phone with older gentleman asking him some questions. Parts guy was short and sighed between each question like he was being bothered by the customers questions. I asked about a couple accessories for our utv and if it the price was full retail. 1 start My first experience with this dealer was not pleasant at all. If you don't feel like reading the whole review here is the summary of it: *Had to wait 45 mins to get the bike parked in front of the store, even that I called the day prior letting then know I was going to drive 2 hours to be there in the morning. *The store manager has zero people skills. Prices are high. Salesman didn't have any clue about the sxs. Made the drive to another dealer and bought one.
Called yesterday asked about an 1800 gold wing dct. Was told to come on up they had a demo we could try . We rode hour and half on 95 traffic and arrived. Hung around looked at bikes for 15 minutes. Nobody greeted us even though we had appointment. Finally the guy tells us the demo had been bought back to them yesterday with a bad tire can’t test drive it.?
