Freedom care does not care for the employees or for the employer. They don’t answer emails phone calls text messages and record messages I’ve worked for a week straight I still didn’t get paid they’ve been giving me a run around freedom care is the worst company to work for. I do not recommend Freedom Care for anyone.
I’m a caregiver and my pay has been short three times in the last several months.

RecommendedThey thoroughly explain everything through email, and if you still don’t understand, they call and are always there.
To many limitations, restriction and rules
They HAVE NOT once but TWICE not paid me and my family in FULL for our hours. They have NEVER kept their word when the payments were “processed” and they are horrible with follow up and communication. Even the supervisor. So at this point they have left me with no other choice but to think their stealing money!! All I’m saying is If y’all are going to take care of y’all family members make sure you got another source of income set up cuz these agencies are full of BS

You can never directly contact your assigned coordinator,and when you do speak to someone (that is not your coordinator) , they are very condescending and speak to you like you're a liar/idiot. I do not appreciate if I am being nice to you don't be rude back by saying something like "let me stop you there", speaking OVER me, or just the overall tone in their voice.
