At least there was AC Room service, theoretically anywsy. Tmi was told that they offered room service every other day. I checked in Wednesday; by friday i asked for new towels and more water. Saturday i asked then to empty the trash. I never got room service per se!!! Restaurant was awful. Thsnk goodness for the attached Starbucks.
Easy access to Cambridge & Boston with Whole Foods & Starbucks next door and Trader Joe’s across the street. Facility was clean and nicely appointed. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally welcoming. I’d stay here again.
Great hotel
I can’t believe this is considered a Hilton Tapestry hotel. The furniture was scratched and dated and more like dorm room furniture than a hotel’s. It looks more like a cheap motel than a hotel. I stayed in a Hilton Tapestry hotel in Madrid that was beautiful with a lovely restaurant and atmosphere. There was no restaurant, no room service no friendly reception. A big disappointment in every way.

Rooms very tired and need refresh. Good location for T to Harvard graduation.
The trendy warehouse sort of vibe was a nice departure from the typical suburban hotel. The staff, cleanliness, and room were all great. I enjoyed having an onsite restaurant and the ability to park overnight. The gym was nicely appointed. My only wish was that the room had a microwave. I plan on staying here again next time I come to Cambridge/Harvard.
