Great hotel. Staff is always accommodating.
Good but bad at cleaning the room Not good. They never clean our room even though we requested at the front desk and left the sign outside They also charged some food to our room that didn't belong to us, they later reversed the charge
Great location and beautiful renovation. The only downside is the peak traffic during rush hour on the roundabout.
The property is great once inside. Room was clean. Beds and pillows were on point. Comfy and so so cozy. It was graduation time in Boston so don’t expect to be accommodated with a room change if first world issues arise like ac not working. Overall Brianna and the rest of the front staff were a grt team. Would go back again.
