Property was clean and safe. However additional fees such as destination fee and $25 parking fee versus $10 as stated in deal were enough to rule out ever staying there again. No microwave was annoying since they sell me microwaveable foods

Property is clean and up-to-date and staff friendly. However I find it very bothersome that they charge you $25 a day for food and snacks whether you want it or not. Plus the coffee pot was broken and there was no coffee in the morning when I came down.
Pleasant visit and comfortable accommodation Very comfortable room, good breakfast, attentive staff. Receptionist Acacia was fantastic! She leaves a very positive impression from the moment you talk to her at check-in. Acacia speaks several languages and is a great asset for the hotel! I’m looking forward to returning to the Freepoint next year for the next congress.
