For the most part I had a good experience. Noah checked me in and was very friendly and helpful; another woman at the desk on the same days was similarly good, as was a woman who worked in the restaurant. So my first impressions were quite good. Freepoint Alewife Front desk was friendly and accommodating. I arrived an hour and a half before check-in, and since the room was available, was allowed to check in early.
Upon arrival we were given a room that was already occupied. Then we were sent to another room which was not thoroughly cleaned. We asked to have our room cleaned the next day and had to ask again when we returned to find it not clean. The front desk people were very apologetic and friendly. As an apology we were given our parking for free.
Amazing staff and great stay. The bed was a little hard for our taste but we like softer mattresses personally. That’s the only small thing I could think of.

Good location great service The hotel is on a rotary that is busy which can be a challenge and it could do with some freshening up in the rooms. That said, it was clean and pleasant with exceptional staff, in particular the ever-present Noah working the front desk who was a joy.

I liked the staff and their hospitality. Also liked the cleanliness and the wonderful lounge
I read the reviews before my stay that stated it was difficult to find, which actually prepared me to find it. The signage is on the building and once I knew what I was looking for it was an easy drive. Perfect for someone who doesn’t want to drive all the way into crazy Boston traffic. We took a Lyft into the city and it worked well for us. The hotel bar was very cute but we did not eat there. I would reccomend.
