The hotel has a lobby that is large and plenty of space for people to hang out. They have a bar that serves food and a Starbucks as well. The front desk staff was excellent especially Noah.
Great on site parking. Shopping right next door. 10 minute walk to the T station. Felt safe to walk at night.
Freepoint Hotel is by far the most unique travel experience I have had. This property is relaxing, peaceful, beautifully appointed with elements of nature while offering modern amenities. The staff is friendly, gracious and helpful. The bar is cozy and romantic for couples but offers a family friendly atmosphere as well. The food is fun and healthy with creative cocktails. The hotel is at a convenient location where you can get to the stores easily. The staff was friendly and the overall look and feel of the hotel was pleasing.
The staff tried their best to be courteous and helpful but the rooms we booked were dark, dirty and uncomfortable. The hallway light in our room was broken and kept flickering. The phone to call the front desk didn’t work. One room didn’t have tissues. The other room didn’t have a hair dryer. The overall room was dark and had a really strange, funky smell from the moment we walked in. The hotel is right next to a traffic rotary which is a real pain when you’re trying to drive anywhere. I wouldn’t stay here again.
WONDERFUL, friendly staff Wonderful, friendly staff, clean room, very convenient location. Highly recommend!
