We’ll set up hotel! The hotel is great. It is set up to be convenient for the guest. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The gym is great and clean. Breakfast was really good! Parking is really smooth. The hotel is just kind of located in a weird place is all. But if you are driving, it’s easy.
The room and hallway decorations are very refreshing!

This hotel has so many things going for it in the rooms and the reception. I had a drink in the bar by the firepit with friends and it was perfect for that. But it seems like it would be easy to offer breakfast burritos and breakfast tacos, Austin-style, maybe in addition to what's already at Breakfast, which wasn't as special and convenient as the hotel.
It was an ok stay. Generally comfortable etc The only problem was the lady at the desk. She gave very contradictory information

Excellent location & clean hotel Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, close to both Harvard Square & downtown Boston. Also, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and TJ Max are right next to the hotel for convenience. Note: daily room cleaning & service is by request only & not automatically provided like most hotels.
