Very friendly staff, quiet and clean
A hidden gem So it was clean and I felt safe. Which in a big city is super important. But the staff was just…lovely and personal. They went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Beyond feeling like they were just doing their “job”
I like how close it is to the subway stop. Did not like the fact that there were no tissues in the room or an extra roll of toilet paper, but there was an unused diaper on the floor.
Wonderful lobby area, friendly staff and very quiet rooms. Great beds and windows that open if you would like fresh air.
This hotel was in a very centric place to all the places I wanted to go to. First, there is a Red Line Train Station nearby (Alewife) which was convenient (about a 15 minute walk). There is a mall right next to it with a Trader Joe's, Chipotle, Sushi place, DD, CVS, Whole Foods, TJ Maxx and a liquor store. There were also some other stores but I didn't pay much attention to them. Having these places nearby is a plus for me. There is a Starbucks right in the hotel. $18 to park in the asphalt lot out front? In a suburban hotel? Also, who knew cottage cheese ceiling are back! Is old and dirty part of eco friendly?
