Great staff, very comfortable bed clean and walkable to two plazas
Personnel extremely nice. Very convenient right next to Whole Foods, Traders Joes and the Starbuck inside is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Room very clean and comfortable and gym well equipped.
This hotel has often been my home away from home. It's comfortable, not as expensive as any of the other hotels around, and is super conveniently located. The thing that makes this hotel my favorite though, is the staff. My husband and I used to stay here regularly and he passed away earlier this year. When I stayed there this weekend the guy at the front desk remembered me and gave me his condolences. How unbelievably lovely and wonderful. Just trust me, this is the hotel you want to stay in.
I like the intimate setting. I like bar and restaurant and was a little disappointed they are closed, Covid I presume. Bed was comfortable, room well sized, price fine. I see no need to charge for parking as there is plenty of room. I would feel more allegiance if parking were included.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and easy. They are professional and courteous. They were also very lovely and friendly with our dogs. The lobby is spacious and trendy. The Starbucks and Whole Foods next door are very convenient. I have already stayed here twice and would stay again.
Overpriced The restaurant isn't open even though online it says it is. They aren't doing house keeping so you have to keep the room up yourself. Which is fine until the trash and towels overtake. The staff was nice and helped with what they could. But they lied about the pet charge and on- site parking should be free! The parking lot is huge but noo we had to pay for it! Other than that the stay was nice. The room was small but comfortable.
