Clean Room. Friendly staff. Parking NOT free Overall my stay was pleasant. The staff was very friendly, but I was really dismayed that the hotel charged me for parking.
Price was right for no facilities open-no bar or restaurant. And maid service only by request.
It was my first time in Cambridge and really impressed with the hotel. I was able to check in and out through the Hilton app which was a perk on how easy it was. The hotel was quiet specially for being in a some what busy road. The room was big and clean.
You get what you pay for. This hotel is just ok. While it’s been renovated, it lacks in amenities. A blizzard was bearing down on Boston, and the staff was very nonchalant about that. Parking lot is very dark, homeless people hang out outside the hotel and in the lobby, cleaning staff was null and void (I cleaned my own room while there).
