Great second visit, going for third visit tonight. Excellent service , drinks, food .
Having eaten here many times pre-pandemic, we were disappointed to see just how much the quality of their food has declined. Service was great, but both my ribs and my wife’s Beef Wellington were over cooked.
I LOVE this place !! Every time I go to Nevada city I make sure to have dinner there. The mushrooms for an appetizer are my favorite. The steak Diablo and chicken Marsala are great also !!

Raw Oysters and Steamed Clams were outstanding, paired with Prime Rib, Lobster and a bottle of Meomi...YES PLEASE.
As usual, food was excellent, and prepared as requested. Filet was cooked to perfection, and my wife’s lobster was exceptional and presented nicely. Owner Ken and his wife are on site and greeting arriving customers and generally making the place run smoothly. We have been eating at Tucks since 1975 and Ken has restored the quality of dining here, thanks Ken!
