Very poor customer service bogus slogan extremely rude manager
Do NOT buy from the dealership ! I bought a 2018 lane rover have had it not even 2 years and the motor is out of it . They’re supposed to be the home of lifetime warranty but that is BOGUS. When i signed the papers to my financial agreement I was told my car had lifetime warranty which is also their slogan . When my car goes down I call and they proceed to tell me that it is not covered because it’s a German made car . If you want a new vehicle set at the dealership for warranty work for 12 days before they tell you they don’t have the equipment or the personal to work on your vehicle. Than buy from Friendship. If you want a car manufacturer that tries to cover up a noise due to a manufacturing error then buy a GM product.

Took my car here to have an issue fixed that was COVERED under a recall... Came to look at a white GMC Terrain SLT with 11,000+ miles. Get there, and they have a white GMC Terrain SLT with 60,000+ miles. Same year as the lower mileage vehicle. Conveniently, they can't produce the lower mileage vehicle, even though they texted my wife earlier in the day, assuring her it was still available. Smells like the ol' bait and switch to me. Thanks for wasting my gas and time.
