Bought an SUV and they said they would put a hitch on for free along with detailing and a seal. We took it back the next day for them to do it all. They ended up keeping it for a whole day and overnight to dry. Went to go pick it up the next day and the hitch hasn’t been put on and the vehicle they were supposed to take it off of, is out on lease. They really screwed me over. I don't blow the horn when I test drive a car. But 2 days after it didn't work. I called and they said bring it in. But mom had to go to hospital with congestive heart failure so it was a week or 2 later. Then they said it would be 1000$ its suppose to be road ready when it leaves the lot. It wasn't. No gas warning light on for slack tire. I thought they were taking care of it since it took all day! I don't send friends here and the owner is a jerk. He KNOWS he's responsible. Don't go here.
These new Chevy and Gmc trucks are crap. No power transmission is terrible and v8 to v4 sucks backup camera is the worst I have ever seen. Don’t buy also if you do this dealership has terrible customer service. I’ll never buy from them again nor will I buy another Chevy
Horrible reviews left all over WAX for all the false information people are given by this company.
Bought a brand new Buick Enclave in 2011 I loved it at first, but had lots of problems: The blower fan malfunctioned in the first couple of months; then a peice cracked in half that had to do with the front end at about the one year mark. The final straw was the brakes making a horrible sound when stopping... I didn't even bother to have that fixed; I got rid of it.
