Came to look at a white GMC Terrain SLT with 11,000+ miles. Get there, and they have a white GMC Terrain SLT with 60,000+ miles. Same year as the lower mileage vehicle. Conveniently, they can't produce the lower mileage vehicle, even though they texted my wife earlier in the day, assuring her it was still available. Smells like the ol' bait and switch to me. Thanks for wasting my gas and time.

this place wasted my time. Richard who I was working with for two days handed me off to a sales guy that was clueless about what was going on. the vehicles bumper was falling off and the rear end bearing was going out. I asked to talk to Richard as we drove 2+ hours. was told HE WENT HOME!. the sales mgr refused to do anything on the price or even talk to us about it! the repair will cost 1-2k... and they could careless
The maintenance supervisor is extremely rude unprofessional this dealership is a joke go to Spartanburg

within 90 days of purchasing a 2014 ford Focus from McCurry-Deck, The water pump was replaced due to the vehicle overheating. On my way back to Shelby from Picking my car up A great cloud of white smoke emitted from the rear end & the car stopped running. Just miles from my home in Shelby. The car was towed back up to Forest City where they diagnosed Manerva(my little ford) with a blown Head Gasket. This situation was remedied, once again I returned to Shelby with my little Dream Car. I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITH YOUR VEHICLE. Do NOT trust this sales department with your business or your credit. My son purchased his first car here after finding it listed online. It was a used trade in that they’d only had for a few days. It is absolutely ridiculous to make an appointment to get your oil changed there, arrived 10 minutes early, and still wait over 2 hours!!! So unprofessional!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKED PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! Take your $ and business to a oil change place in county!!!!
I have never ranted on Facebook, but I’m beyond annoyed at McCurry Deck Chevrolet in Forest City. I scheduled an appointment to take my car in because it was acting funny and my check engine light was on- they said they changed some spark plugs and filters and I was all set. I paid. Check engine light came on a day later- took in to a place near WCU, they gave me the original spark plugs with the factory stamp on them- I still have them- they were never changed and I paid for them- twice. Bought a truck there and nothing but trouble with making appointments to get truck serviced. So if you make appointment go the day after the appointment,then you will be on time.
The dealership has greatly diminished over the last year, worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. It all started on Monday June 11th, I took my Traverse in for a normal service and the air bag light was coming on. I was told they had to order a part, the part would be in Wednesday June 13th and they would call me that day to set up the repair.
