Excellent Service I really enjoy the services I've received from the Frontier Ford. I especially enjoy the helpful staffs at this dealership. I like to mention that my service counselor was super helpful, nice and professional. He made it a point that I can contact him anytime concerning my car and service at this dealership. I just had a problem with my last payment that was charged to my account but Joe was so nice to help me solving this issue with Ford Credit on the perfect way to satisfy my needs. THE BEST REPAIR SERVICE EVER!! This response is from Sherri Smith, owner of the car. I came in early February to arrange for 2 replacement parts for my 2013 Ford Fiesta, similar to a recall, but was told it wasn't really a recall and the parts would take 2 weeks to come in and then 3-5 days for the work. Great service I like Ford suv and the maintenance service. The waiting time is short, which is good for people who just stop by aw have the service. I also want to have a Lincoln suv. I like all wheel drive and seven seats, also in black color. Hope the dealer can give me a good offer.

Great mechanic service,detail dept need improvemen Bought a new used ford explorer with 330000 miles on it, it had a few minor things to be fixed, and needed a scratch buffed out, thought they would dress out the tires, black trim, but did not, they did get the scratch almost gone though.pleased with the mechanical stuff, but not to pleased with detail department.
Highly Recommend Excellent service with great follow through on promises to call and keep me updated. I highly recommend this dealership and Service Advisor Tayo.
