Very happy your team and the service provided The clutch on my 2014 Fiesta was slipping and stuttering. I discussed the problem with your team and within a day was set up for an appoint to fix the problem. I brought my car in and got a courtesy ride back to my home. The car was ready for me the next day and the problem was resolved. While my car was in service your techs did a check-up (brakes adjusted, fluids etc.) and the oil and filters were changed under my maintenance contract. Above and beyond the call Service staff was very friendly and professional. Was so nice to have a guy be able to drive me back and forth to Santana row so I could meet for a work meeting. And it took less time than expected! Great service!!!

Great service The experience I had with Frontier Ford's service was very professional, right to the point and hands on. I really thought from the time I brought my vehicle in that it would be longer; but I was in and out. I appreciate the great service please keep it up it's very relaxing to have reassurance that my vehicle is taken care of well. High Prices, Less than transparent methods I cam in for an oil change: I was not fully informed that some of the services would cost extra. I told the guy i wanted an oil change, he said okay, with these things too: and i said, yes, because i thought they came with an oil change. maybe i'm dense, but it would have been great to have someone be explicit about the additional cost. to clarify, i was in a rush because i was kept waiting at 7am to get checked in, and then the computer system was down and it took 5 minutes for the... read more
