New 2016 Focus SE Owner Great customer service Margorie, Victor, and Luke. They answered all my questions about my soon to be car. I didn't feel pressured as I walked the lot. Frontier Ford staff were very helpful patience and courteous.

Quick Repair Our service advisor, Francisco, is amazing. He always gets our fleet vehicles in at the last minute and gets the services completed on them very quickly. He knows how important it is to our company to keep our fleet vehicles out of service for the minimum amount of time possible. He is friendly and polite and we truly enjoy working with him.

Previous service gave me confidence.... My service was excellent as usual. I am especially great-full for the tire maintenance I've received on the four tires I purchased last year. After my last service I drove up to the Reno area and got caught in an unexpected huge snowstorm in the mountains and had to maneuver icy roads until I realized there was too much snow to go further without purchasing snow chains.
