The experience at Frontier was great. I ordered the Lariat Hybrid in October of 2021 and finally came in October of 2022. The sticker was higher than my order price and they honored my price protection. I even had a Z program and price protection was better. There was no pressure to purchase any of the "extras" and we were able to work out a great deal in my mind.
Vehicle was serviced. Recall was checked but they said the under side of the hood OK so no work was done. I also had a right rear buzz originating in the rear quarter area for 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid (NHTSA # 10200759) and they did not do the work because they said my VIN did not qualify yet I have had that noise since I got the car (on my first service they heard the noise and replaced my speaker in that area) and I believe it was a lot of labor and they simply did not want to do it so I am frustrated.
