Service advisor was professional at all times, I got my vehicle back before the time promised while I was waiting and he even was looking for me. I appreciate it.

I was warmly greeted by Ed Olivares at the check-in shortly after I got there. He reviewed my service needs including my Zaktek protection plan. All I needed was the usual maintenance checks and tire rotation, and he suggested that I get an alignment as it's been 3 years since I bought my SUV - turns out that it was necessary and I'm glad it was done. When the service was completed, Ed processed the paperwork and I was off. Note: the Zaktek work looked beautiful. Thanks a bunch, Ed and crew of Frontier Ford.

Pulled in on a Monday morning and was able to get the service done the same day with only a small wait. Would have been shorter, but they were short of Full Synthetic Oil for my Mach1, which takes 10 quarts. Car came back clean and in good order, happy with service.
I had what I thought was a nail in my right rear tire, because I was losing tire pressure. So I came to see Mike. He took me in, checked it, found I needed a tire. They didnt have the tire in stock and had to be ordered. He got me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready.
