Our warranty was running out at the end of the month and we wanted to get our final car service. We asked to have the rear hatch looked at and repaired (it would close automatically and not stay open. The dealership wanted to charge us prior to checking to see if it was covered. They ended up fixing it under warranty after we said we wouldn't pay for it because it was covered.
