Brought in my Ford Flex to have the recall of the fuel pump module to be repaired. I was told that there were not parts available to make the repair. I also had the 20000 mile service. The service was done adequately. Ford now has sent out three recall notices on the same recall but no parts available. Ford needs to get their act together.
Prompt checkin, waited for vehicle. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.
Tire was repaired last week, same tire picked up a 2nd nail. The tires on the car are special order. The tire needed to be replaced. They were able to source the tire locally and get tire replaced the same day.
