I did not do any service on April
The customer service was fine, but they failed to diagnose my no start issue after three days. I know nothing about cars and was able to fix it myself after getting it home.
They had my car for 8 days. I was not able to contact anyone that would give me status on my car. I had no idea when I would get it back. Put me in a bind for my transportation. I called over and over, no one answered. When they did answer, they said they didn't know and someone would call me. No one ever did.
No paperwork, no follow up, no follow through. We have not got back our personal licenseense plates. No paperwork on our loan. We do not even know the name of the Company for sure. Waited to get the key programmed but when we got it it would not start the car. Did not test it b efore giving it to us.. No manual in the car. When call and ask we are always told the sales person is not at work and will call us back and he never does. More customer service traiñing needed. We were wishing we had
My assigned service was good and professional. However, when he was not available, to answer my questions, after the car was put in the shop, and I had to be transferred to another service advisor, the phone hold times and wait times for call backs were unacceptable and too many times were not returned at all. Paid diagnostic fee only to be told it would take another $3600 to find the exhaust leak. That is not including parts and labor to fix it!!
The customer service rep Frank was fantastic. Super easy to communicate with, very kind and professional. The rest of the experience was terrible. Service was crazy overpriced. Two small repairs cost nearly $1400, got estimates for rodent damage that severed my turn signal wire, and chewed my wiper fluid line. Estimate was over $1000 for those repairs, got estimates at another shop, less than $200 for both repairs. Do not take your vehicle here for any major service. I've had to take my vehicle back into sunnyvale Ford where they had to correct the problems created by frontier ford.
