I'm waiting for more than 3 weeks to get some update when I can put the vehicle to fix mic. The mic was broken for more than 7 months and no fix in horizon
The entire experience felt like a nightmare. The initial meeting was disorganized and frustrating. This continued through to financing. The whole experience was grueling and left me frustrated for days. I will never return there nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone.
Wrong car! 2020 SEL lost panoramic roof which was not replaced. Instead I was forced to get another 2021 vehicle almost 50 % more expensive and plus pay off lease. So recently I have serviced 2021 Edge.
I was told my 2018 Fusion with 123K miles had a crack in the engine and was totalled as a result. I ended up buying a new Honda and got only 1K in trade in value for the Ford. I contacted Ford customer service for assistance to replace the engine but was rejected. I will never buy another Ford vehicle.
The wheel alignment was not performed satisfactorily. I had to bring the car again and spend another two hours at the facility. After all the hassle, my car still swerves on one side when I drive down a straight highway. I do not recommend wheel alignment here
I had my truck serviced here while i was on a trip from Idaho for a funeral. They had horrible communication... Will not call you back if you call while your vehicle is being serviced. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 in the morning, and they called me back 15 minutes before close of business to let me know they were going to need it for a couple of days. our car sat untouched and no follow up calls returned from Oct 6 - until I contacted Ford Motor Corp.
They held my car for 3 days just to return it with "replaced liquids." Which I'm not sure if they even did that... And I only say that because I sent my car to another shop where I got the service I was suppose to receive from the dealership. I needed new tires, an alignment, and had the brake fluid replaced... HM Really??
When I brought the car at 9:00 AM for oil service, no line in front of me, look like they were not busy at all. They said it will take 2 or 2 1/2 hours. but when I called at noon time, they said it was not done yet, they need another hour, when I went to pick up my car around 2:00 PM, it was not done, then I have to wait in the waiting room for another hour, the car was done around 3:00 PM. 6 hours for the oil change is unacceptable.
